Lisa Walsh
Physiotherapist
Lisa completed an Honours Degree in Sport Studies in Newcastle in 1994. On graduation, she began her working life as a Personal Trainer and Class Instructor, before working her way up within the industry to manage Health Clubs for LA Fitness and Esporta. Lisa decided to move into education where she taught Sport and Health related subjects at College's in Kent & Essex, whilst gaining her MSc in Sports Science. Throughout this time, Lisa was regularly approached about injuries, which gave her inspiration to re-train as Physiotherapist, obtaining her MSc in Physiotherapy in 2001.

Post qualification, Lisa has focused on musculo-skeletal rehabilitation, working for both NHS clinics and private practices. In addition to this she provides pitch-side physiotherapy within the south east of England for Rugby, Hockey and American Football teams. With strong manual therapy and rehabilitative exercise knowledge, Lisa has a specialist interest in lower limb and running-related injuries, but equally approaches all problems with patients from all walks of life and backgrounds.

Residing in Kent, Lisa spends her spare time training for Triathlon's and having fun partaking in charity bike rides and obstacle course events. She is also partial to a long countryside walk with the husband and her pooch!
