A graduate from Coventry University, Diana has been a physiotherapist for 20 years. She has a wealth of knowledge and experience treating back and neck conditions, problematic shoulders, painful knees, and many other conditions. As a keen sportswoman herself Diana has a specialist interest in Sports Injuries. Her specialist skill and experience has resulted in her selection as a physiotherapist for major international sporting events including the Commonwealth Games and the London Marathon.
Diana's interest in rehabilitation has taken her to Australia where she gained valuable experience working with acrobats and gymnasts. At this led to her developing a love of 'the core' which continues with teaching Pilates, muscle balance, gym ball and core stability exercises.
Diana has an extensive skill set with experience in ergonomics and occupational health having run physiotherapy clinics and an advisory service for large companies such as J. Sainsbury. Diana has a caring and friendly personality which allied to her clinical skills enhances her ability as an effective physiotherapist.
Despite having a family to look after, Diana still finds time in her busy schedule to train for an Ironman Triathlon.
