Caz Adcock

After graduating from Loughborough University with a Sports Science degree, Caz embarked on a Physiotherapy degree and qualified in 1993.

An established career has seen work in London Hospitals and a year in Adelaide, Australia, before returning to Bristol and ultimately Private practice locally. During this time Caz has worked alongside Rugby and Hockey teams gaining expertise in assessing and treating sports injuries across all levels.

Caz believes in good communication skills and a "hands on approach". She specialises in manual therapy, Orthopaedics and sports injuries, treating joint, muscle, ligament, tendon and nerve problems, with a particular interest in Skiing injuries.

Her rehabilitation expertise has led to an interest in Pilates and Caz now runs classes, which have become an integral part of the clinic. Improving strength, flexibility and control of the spine, providing excellent long term results and prevention of Low Back Pain.

A proud mother of 3, she is still a keen sportswoman having played international Waterpolo and represented Kent and Surrey for Swimming and Netball.
